Definitely need my moisturizer underneath. It did not dry out my skin, though I wouldn't say it was moisturizing either. I actually really like this format because it's so easy to actually put on a true 1/4 tsp. This is a pure liquid SPF, which I have never used before. Pros: New-age filters and an AWESOME PPD.La Roche-Posay Anthelios Shaka Fluid SPF 50+ (PPD 46): Overall score: 3/5 (TLDR: Burns eyes, causes break outs, but is dewy and offers great protection).I've never experienced anything like that before. Cons: This stings my eyes pretty badly :( It also would give me raised little pimples by the end of the day, but they were weird "pimples." They were typically gone by the next morning and I was ready to start fresh. No burns or tans for me! This also comes in a 100 mL tube for a good price, which is awesome. When I wore it under make-up, I felt made me look "dewy." It also kept me super protected on a beach vacation to Florida.

It's a tad bit greasy, but truly not that bad. It feels pretty good on the skin, though it takes some time to dry down.
